The College of Arts and Sciences is seeking (1) to hire an
experienced Sponsor Funded Administrative - Digital Media
Specialist to provide support Project NaviGAte, EMPOWER Lab, in the
Psychology Department.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
The ideal candidate for thie position will assist with community
engagement and outreach by connecting partner organizations in
support of Project NaviGAte, EMPOWER Lab. In this role, the Digital
Media Strategist will build Project NaviGAte's website, design and
disseminate newsletter, and translate research goals and findings
into materials for the community.
The essential duties and responsibilities are the
following:
Assist with community engagement and outreach by connecting partner
organizations and collaborating with the social media manager to
disseminate information to the public; this role will also design
media campaigns aligned with the goals of the project and lab.
Build Project NaviGAte website; design and disseminate newsletter;
directly support faculty and social media manager with technology,
software, and equipment inquiries.
Produce analytic reports to monitor engagement of targeted
audiences and use data to improve reach and engagement; plan and
implement communication with lists created across social media
platforms.
Translate research goals and findings into (e.g., video, written,
audio) materials for the community and empirical review; stay well
informed of best practices with online and social media
practices.

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience or a
combination of education and related experience.
