A company is looking for an Associate Omnichannel Marketing
Director.
Key Responsibilities
Develop customer experience strategies and cross-channel engagement
journeys for various customer types
Analyze customer insights to inform engagement opportunities and
channel investments
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement omnichannel
campaigns and measure their effectiveness
Required Qualifications
BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, or life sciences with
10+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of
experience
Understanding of compliance and regulatory concepts in
biopharmaceuticals or similar regulated industries
Experience in marketing within industries with complex buying
processes (B2B, account-based)
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive data-driven
decisions
Proven ability to synthesize insights to inform customer engagement
strategies
