Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Transaction Management
Office to lead divestiture transactions and manage separation
planning.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage close activities for divestiture, including
separation management and transition services agreements
Develop transaction plans and manage post-close engagement to meet
business objectives
Oversee the transition and separation lifecycle and ensure
compliance with service level agreements
Required Qualifications
Experience managing large, complex business transformation and
system implementation programs
Ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment with dotted line
direct reports
Business operations experience, including financial, budget, and
procurement management
Proven track record in negotiating and conflict resolution
Experience in managing project resources and budgets related to
transactions
