Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Platform Health
Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage internal and cross-functional projects for the Trust &
Safety team
Coordinate with engineering teams on project intake and development
related to abuse detection and compliance
Track and report on platform health and trust and safety metrics,
evolving measurement indicators over time
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in platform health, scaled abuse, or Trust &
Safety as a program manager or similar role
Experience in scaled abuse operations or machine learning
operations
Familiarity with working alongside software development teams and
managing project workflows
Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day operations while
overseeing long-term projects
Experience with internal tools or signals intelligence
