Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Accounting Officer to oversee
accounting operations for a 5-month project.
Key Responsibilities
Establishing and enforcing accounting policies and internal
controls
Conducting audits and providing financial information to external
auditors
Developing and issuing timely financial records for executive
management and the Board of Directors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA required
15+ years of progressive experience in the financial services or
banking industry
Expertise in GAAP and strong knowledge of SEC reporting
regulations
Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley and regulatory requirements for
financial institutions
