Key Responsibilities
Lead governance and control initiatives within the U.S. Consumer
Banking sector
Manage a team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance
management
Develop and implement governance strategies aligned with business
objectives and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree preferred
10+ years of relevant experience in governance, risk, and control
functions
Advanced knowledge of risk management standards and regulations
Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation
Strong understanding of financial crimes compliance processes
