Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Project Manager - Team
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of project managers within the compliance
department
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of compliance-related
projects
Act as a subject matter expert in compliance areas such as
Sanctions and AML/CFT
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal, or a related field;
advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
8-10 years of project management experience, with 2-3 years in a
leadership role
Strong understanding of compliance regulations, particularly
Sanctions and AML/CFT
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while managing a large
portfolio of projects
Proficiency in project management tools and experience in workflow
design
