Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Account Manager to drive
revenue retention and growth while ensuring customer
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and
decision-makers to ensure customer success
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue
through upselling and cross-selling
Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer satisfaction
and identify expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with
key client stakeholders
Experience in leading onboarding processes and contributing to
playbooks
Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth through upselling
and renewals
Ability to develop strategic account plans to maximize customer
lifetime value
Proficiency in analyzing customer data and providing data-driven
recommendations
