Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and healthcare
professionals
Contact doctors to obtain necessary information for prior
authorizations
Manage assigned workflow queues and document information
accurately
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Some college preferred
CPhT preferred
Pharmacy technician license or trainee license preferred in
applicable states
Minimum two years of pharmacy support or healthcare experience
preferred
