Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle HCM /Payroll Reports
Developer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop reports using Oracle HCM Cloud's reporting tools, including
OTBI and BIP
Collaborate with users to gather reporting requirements and
document functional specifications
Create and optimize HCM Extracts to extract and load data into
various systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related field
Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Reports Developer or similar
role
Strong proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, and Oracle database concepts
Hands-on experience with OTBI, BIP, and HCM Extracts
Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud modules and understanding
of hire-to-retire processes
