Title: Software Engineer IV
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Pay Range: $60/hr - $70/hr

This role is for a Software Engineer IV supporting the Teller Application within the Argo Data Platform. The focus is on traditional GUI development for a thick client system that has been in use since 2012. The team is working on a special project requiring extensive development work for the next year.

Key Requirements:
Argo Platform Experience: Strong experience with Argo's traditional GUI and understanding of how the system works, including request flow and server infrastructure.

Lead Developer Skills: The Level 4 developer will help mentor lower-level developers, review code, and ensure quality.

Argo Knowledge: Knowledge of Argo's infrastructure and how the system processes events and logs, especially in a thick client environment.

GUI Development: Experience with traditional desktop client development, not web-based systems (important distinction from web-based teller apps).

Experience: 5-7 years of experience, ideally with Argo Data's platform.

Platform: This is specifically for the Teller Application, dealing with monetary deposits and withdrawals.

Development Environment: Knowledge in thick client GUI application development for banking.



Technical Preferences:
Thick Client Development: Strong understanding of non-web-based, traditional UI for banking software.

Argo Data Platform: Candidates should be comfortable with the Argo Data banking platform (ADS Code), separate from the unrelated open-source Argo tool.
