Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trade Attorney to provide legal
guidance on global trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on sanctions, export controls, and customs
laws to business units
Support corporate global trade compliance functions and assess
legal and regulatory risks
Interface directly with business clients to address trade-related
legal issues
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in international trade law, focusing on EU
export control sanctions and customs regulations
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies to ensure
compliance
At least 3 years of experience in an in-house or outside general
counsel capacity
Must be licensed to practice law in good standing in at least one
state
