Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Safety Specialist to
coordinate patient safety initiatives remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Perform intake reviews for reported incidents and determine
appropriate pathways
Assist in coordinating patient safety activities and educational
content
Manage special projects to enhance healthcare delivery and improve
patient safety
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree with experience in patient safety or risk
management
Healthcare experience as an LPN or RN
Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities
Proficient in Office Suite applications
Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain
confidentiality
