Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Success Executive to manage
and enhance relationships with key partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring
seamless integration and contract negotiations
Develop and implement strategies to improve partner retention and
success through data analysis
Handle partner inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to
enhance the partner experience
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in client-facing roles or partner account
management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee projects and
collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, and Excel is a plus
Ability to adapt to evolving roles and take on new challenges
Advanced English proficiency
