Job Description:
A company is looking for an Academic Services Tutor to provide
personalized academic support to adult learners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and update learning materials in reading, writing, math,
and study skills
Lead live tutoring sessions and create individualized learning
plans for students
Monitor student progress and collaborate with faculty to align
tutoring efforts with educational goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in reading, math, English, education, training,
or a related field
Two or more years of experience leading courses or training
sessions with adult learners
Familiarity with lesson planning and understanding the needs of
non-traditional adult learners
Computer literacy and basic skills to navigate required
technology
Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
