Job Description:
A company is looking for an Eligibility Representative to join
their team in Dallas, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance
files
Provide support for the eligibility load process and coordinate
issue resolution
Research and correct errors in membership and primary care
physician data
Required Qualifications
Ability to work scheduled shifts from Sunday to Saturday, 7am to
8pm EST
Experience in a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office
Exposure to client interaction preferred
Ability to maintain quality and production standards as per
regulations
