Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Design Lead UX to define and
drive the product experience strategy while ensuring alignment with
user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Define product experience direction and align it with user needs
and company goals
Lead continuous discovery, research, and user testing to ensure
products address real user needs
Establish and maintain design standards for products, ensuring
brand consistency and accessibility compliance
Required Qualifications:
10-14 years of professional experience in UX design with a proven
portfolio of impactful work
Expertise in user-centered design methodologies, interaction
design, and visual design
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring design teams and
aligning strategies with business goals
Proficiency in conducting user research, usability testing, and
integrating feedback into designs
Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and agile
development processes
