Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinician NP/PA (per
diem/hourly).
Key Responsibilities
Provide telehealth services focused on the needs of the trans and
queer community, including hormone therapy and virtual care
Evaluate and manage patients according to established medical
protocols and clinical judgment
Participate in clinical team meetings, training sessions, and
contribute to protocol development
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant program
National certification from an appropriate credentialing
organization
Multiple state NP or PA licenses, with support for additional
licenses as needed
Active Federal DEA license and Controlled Substance
Registration/Licensure as required
Clinical experience serving the trans and queer community is
preferred
