Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Loan Closer.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the loan closing process and ensure accuracy and
timeliness
Serve as a liaison for all loan closings and manage necessary
communications
Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring compliance with
policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
6 months of work experience with the company and no disciplinary
actions in the last 3 months
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams,
SharePoint, Word, and Excel
Ability to handle a pipeline and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment
Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with a service-oriented
attitude
Preferred Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3 years of
experience with Mortgage LOS software
