Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Referral Coordinator to
assist members with telehealth case management and ensure accurate
referral processing.
Key Responsibilities
Search for and provide a list of appropriate physicians based on
members' clinical conditions and preferences
Complete prior authorization requests in various systems and
perform quality checks
Act as an internal resource for locating physicians and manage case
requests independently and collaboratively
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in medical terminology and coding requirements
High school degree or equivalent required
1-3 years of experience in a clinical environment required
Post-secondary diploma/degree preferred
Prior experience as a Referral Coordinator preferred
