    • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
    • Bilingual English/Spanish speaker, strongly preferred -
    • AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field, strongly preferred
    • 2+ years of experience, strongly preferred
    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required. - -
