Key Responsibilities
Consult with borrowers to evaluate loan options
Manage a pipeline of purchase and refinance loans
Utilize technology to qualify borrowers for loan programs
Required Qualifications
Recent mortgage loan origination experience (2+ years
preferred)
Active NMLS license and compliance with all regulatory
guidelines
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales
