Job Description:

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Communication Technician to assist pharmacists with patient information management.

Key Responsibilities

Receive inbound calls from providers and patients, answering questions professionally
Input and maintain accurate patient prescription records in the pharmacy's systems
Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure data accuracy and investigate discrepancies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school degree or equivalent required
Must be a fully licensed technician in the State of Indiana
Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) license required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
