Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Tech Support Analyst II to
provide expert-level support for Siemens Polarion ALM.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support for Siemens Polarion ALM,
resolving complex issues
Collaborate with product development teams to enhance product
offerings and address systemic issues
Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 support staff, fostering a culture of
continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in advanced technical support or engineering
roles with expertise in Siemens Polarion ALM
Advanced proficiency in Polarion ALM's configuration,
customization, and integration capabilities
Expertise in PostgreSQL and proficiency in scripting languages such
as JavaScript
Extensive experience with cloud environments like Amazon AWS or
Microsoft Azure
