Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Technology Analyst (Payments
Technology).
Key Responsibilities
Lead application support teams and manage issue resolution for
Check Processing, Returns, and Adjustments applications
Facilitate continuous improvement efforts and collaborate with
vendors and business lines to ensure service delivery
Analyze complex problems, document resolutions, and provide
strategic recommendations based on metrics and financial impact
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Basic understanding of at least one programming language (e.g.,
JavaScript, C#)
3+ years of application support experience within Check Processing,
Returns, and Adjustments
Knowledge of Infrastructure Support responsibilities and incident
management
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira/Jira
