Job Description:
A company is looking for a PST Remote Scheduling CSR with
HVAC/Plumbing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing service
appointments and correspondence
Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls,
installations, and repairs
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and
resolving issues promptly
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in dispatching within the plumbing, HVAC, or electrical
service industries
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching software like
ServiceTitan
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service terminology and
processes
High school diploma or equivalent; at least one year of relevant
experience
