Our Health Intelligence sales team works within our Insurance vertical to deliver tools and solutions to help better understand the life insurance market and manage risk.About the job:The Sales Director role exists to manage a team of Platform Sales Executives focused on selling our Health Intelligence products and solutions to new and existing customers.You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Planning, coaching, and managing sales employees on your team while engaging directly with customers and prospects.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and managing sales funnel and pipeline.
  • Partnering with core sales teams on strategy, prospecting, and sales activity efficiencies.
  • Integrating your team within the LexisNexis account management infrastructure.
  • Developing and communicating key strategies and account plans to sales leadership and market planning.
  • Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with experience selling life insurance or to life insurance carriers preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in face-to-face consultative selling and needs identification at multiple levels of an organization.
  • Experience in formulating and implementing winning strategic sales and marketing plans.
