A company is looking for a Sales & Business Development Director
- Health Plan Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads by identifying potential health plans
and decision makers
Educate and engage prospects through meetings and presentations
about the company's care solutions
Manage the entire sales process, including maintaining accurate
records and collaborating with internal teams for client
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5-7 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
2-5 years of proven success in sales, business development, or
account management, preferably in healthcare or technology
Experience selling virtual services or digital health solutions is
highly desirable
Strong understanding of behavioral health and familiarity with
mental health treatment modalities
