Job Description:
A company is looking for an Americas Sales Operations Leader to
oversee a geographically dispersed team and support the sales
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary interface between regional sales leadership
and centralized functions to ensure alignment with global
processes
Manage the forecasting process and collaborate with regional sales
leaders to drive pipeline and account plan hygiene
Plan and execute the rollout of standardized sales processes and
monitor performance metrics for the sales support team
Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership role within sales operations or a
related field
Strong understanding of Americas sales operations functions and
ability to manage a small, remote team
Proficiency in sales support tools and ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
Experience in navigating complex reporting structures and managing
cross-functional teams
Familiarity with CRM systems and strong analytical skills
