Job Description:
A company is looking for a Founder Success Manager to support AI
x Web3 developers and entrepreneurs in scaling their
applications.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and mentor AI x Web3 founders from initial engagement to
scaling their projects
Design and implement structured incubation programs to assist
developers in transitioning from MVP to funded startups
Track developer progress using CRM tools and report on success
metrics to enhance engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in startup acceleration, venture incubation,
or developer ecosystem growth
Deep understanding of AI and Web3 technologies and founder
needs
Technical curiosity with the ability to quickly learn and advise on
the NEAR tech stack
Proven ability to build relationships with developers, founders,
and ecosystem partners
Self-starter with a bias for action in fast-paced environments
