We work with General Managers, engineering, marketing and other partners throughout PracticeTek to define and successfully execute product plans. We ensure high product-market efficiency-getting every bit of market credit for our team's excellent work. Our team is powered by creative, curious, and inventive people who have a passion for delivering engaging practice and patient experiences.Your Areas of Accountability:

• Business and Product Outcomes - work closely with Dental Market general manager and functional teams to define and build alignment around powerful product plans that efficiently deliver high impact results. Consistently meeting or exceeding business KPIs.
• Adaptively execute. Leading the team to fluidly pivot when needed.
• Lead and facilitate product development execution by creating all the necessary Agile artifacts and being actively involved in all Agile ceremonies. Working closely and collaboratively with engineering to turn it all into reality.
• Know your market, product, customers, competitors and the data that you need to make great decisions.Competencies for Success:
  • 5+ years of SaaS product management experience preferably in the Dental/Ortho space.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in an agile software development environment.
  • Track record of innovation and impact leading to top and bottom-line results.
  • Experience working with API and integrated strategic partners.
  • Data-informed decision making. Comfortable with product analytics and SQL, reasoning and rhetoric.
  • Experience in EHR/EMR or Practice Management or Medical Billing space preferred. Dental & Ortho technology product management strongly desired.
  • Leadership - proven ability to facilitate alignment around powerful vision and then adaptively execute.
  • Written and verbal communication. Strong presentation creation and oratory skills.
  • Comfortable Interacting with engineers, business leaders, customers, marketing, customer success, and sales.
  • You can't tell what you like more: Technology, business, marketing, or just problem solving.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership and representing product strategy.
