Job Description:
Overview Are you ready for what's next, now? We're looking for a
Customer Advocate for our office in Alpharetta, GA. The position is
fulltime. You'll join an awesome team to support our growing
customer base. About the role The Customer Advocate (CA) is a key
contributor to the Renewals team and plays a critical role in
managing the annual renewals process. The CA will proactively drive
all phases of the renewal lifecycle, working closely with key
stakeholders to ensure successful contract renewals. Reporting to
the Associate Renewals Manager, the CA will also collaborate
cross-functionally to support efficient renewals processing and
identify opportunities for business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the renewal sales process by facilitating pricing
negotiations, preparing and delivering renewal assets, obtaining
quote/PO approvals, and managing renewal paperwork. Manage the
renewal pipeline and oversee the portfolio renewals process to
ensure timely and efficient completion. Work closely with internal
teams to streamline the renewals process and address any required
updates. Engage with customers to understand their needs and
identify opportunities where Aptean can provide additional value.
Advocate for Aptean's Value Proposition by communicating its
benefits to customers and channel partners. Assist in negotiating
and evaluating customer requests while balancing business
objectives. Gain exposure to a global customer base, working with
diverse cultures, handling renewals for Europe, the UK, and North
America. About you To be ahead of the pack, you should have:
Motivation, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work
independently. Strong oral and written communication skills, with
the ability to credibly present recommendations to senior-level
executives and external customers. The ability to organize,
prioritize, complete tasks, and meet deadlines on a daily basis. A
strong understanding of the general functions of other divisions
and their roles in assisting with renewals. Experience working with
contracts and legal negotiations (a plus). Proficiency in reporting
and information management tools, including the MS Office Suite and
CRM applications. Demonstrated experience in a role requiring
critical thinking-i.e., the ability to analyze issues, make
decisions, and solve problems independently without ongoing
direction. Pragmatic decision-making when exceptions are required.
The ability to identify and communicate process improvements. An
understanding of business requirements and the ability to support
