Mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the incident
management team
Plan, resource, and coordinate incident response and remediation
strategies
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate
incident progress and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
required
3+ years in an operational management role in a high-volume
environment
Experience using reporting and metrics as a key part of the job
At least 3 years of experience handling highly critical situations
and executing plans under tight timelines
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple
initiatives simultaneously
