Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Talent Specialist to manage
performance, employee relations, and coaching within the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support performance management processes and collaborate with
management to address performance issues
Act as the primary contact for employee concerns and conduct
investigations into grievances
Provide coaching and support to employees and first-line managers
on workplace challenges and performance feedback
Required Qualifications
4-5 years of HR experience with knowledge of labor laws and
performance management
Proactive and resourceful self-starter with integrity and
confidentiality
Strong analytical skills to inform decisions and optimize
processes
Ability to influence and build relationships across functions
Experience in conflict resolution and consultative abilities
