Job Description:

A company is looking for a Datacenter Construction Portfolio Planner to lead the development and execution of multi-year retrofit and upgrade plans for data center facilities.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain multi-year retrofit and upgrade plans for aging MEP assets
Create and update portfolio roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational requirements
Monitor and manage portfolio performance metrics to meet financial and operational objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)
Certification in Project Management (PMP/PgMP) or Asset Management (IAM, ISO 55001)
10+ years of experience in portfolio planning, asset management, or capital planning, preferably in data center environments
Solid ability to develop multi-year roadmaps and capital retrofit plans for large portfolios
Advanced proficiency in CMMS systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL)
