Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Legal
Commercial, Operations & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal support for global commercial operations
and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Advise on pricing, reimbursement, market access, and
commercialization strategies for new biologic products
Develop and oversee compliance programs related to commercial,
operational, and product launch activities
Required Qualifications
JD (Juris Doctor) or equivalent legal degree from an accredited
institution
Admission to practice law in at least one relevant jurisdiction
15+ years of legal experience in regulatory, compliance, and
product launches within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements in a
biotech or pharmaceutical setting
Strong understanding of FDA, EMA, and global regulatory frameworks
impacting biotech companies
